Ahmerov si R.F. Zamdii.<br \/>\nIn stomatologie, metoda consta in prelucrarea sangelui pacientului printr-un procedeu special<br \/>\nde centrifugare. Ca rezultat se obtine o forma injectabila de plasma, bogata in trombocite (PRP)<br \/>\ncare se introduce local in tesuturile gingivale.<\/p>\n<p>Avantajul plasmolifting-ului este inofensivitatea acestuia deoarece substanta injectata nu este<br \/>\ntoxica, nu prezinta reactii de respingere de catre organism si nu exista risc de infectare. Plasma<br \/>\ntrombocitara contine factori de crestere in concentratie mare, precum si enzime, proteine si<br \/>\nvitamine in combinatie naturala.<br \/>\nSedintele de regenerare gingivala cu plasma trombocitara se pot face la interval de minim o<br \/>\nsaptamana, maxim 10 sedinte pe an.
